Please join us for the 3^rd Annual Dinner Event to support the Monroe County Labor History Museum and honor and recognize an inductee into the Monroe County Labor Hall of Fame. The event will be held at UA 671 Hall, 309 Detroit Ave., Monroe, MI on Thursday, May 1st, 2025, reception and cash bar at 6:00 PM followed by dinner and ceremonies and the announcement of the 2025 Labor Hall of Fame inductee. Tickets are available for a donation of $50 per person. Please make checks payable to Monroe County Council C.I.O. The museum is working hard to improve service to the community. We are engaging with community partners across Michigan and around the country to form collaborations and reinvigorate the Museum. We are the only brick and mortar Labor History Museum in the state of Michigan, as such improving our building and our collection is a top priority. With last year's repairs completed we are now looking to improve accessibility to the building and to expand our offerings to the community. Your donation will ensure that the Phillip Murray Building continues to stand as a beacon for Labor in Monroe and all of Michigan.
