Join Dementia Care Warriors for our inaugural fundraising event, Faces of Care Warriors.  Enjoy a first glimpse of the Faces of Care Warriors photo exhibit featuring area dementia family caregivers as we highlight their powerful stories allowing their experiences to be shared and celebrated. 

This event will be a marvelous evening featuring a photo gallery exhibit, specialty cocktails, light bites, live entertainment and music by DJ Dr. Mack!   We are also thrilled to present the Care Warrior Advocate of Year Award to the incomparable lifetime entrepreneur, caregiver coach and founder of Finding New Tomorrows, Patricia Bailey.  Dementia Care Warriors will also honor PC Home Health with the Care Warriors Partner of the Year Award for their commitment to caregiving.
