Help Eritrean Students Thrive — Support the 2025 EDN Scholarship Fund

Higher education opens doors — but for many Eritrean students in the U.S., the cost of college remains a major barrier. That’s why we created the Eritrean Diaspora Network (EDN) Scholarship Fund: to invest in the future of our community by helping students access and afford college.

Since launching in 2019, we’ve raised $87,000 and awarded scholarships to 45 students—thanks entirely to our incredible community of donors, sponsors, and event supporters.

Last year, we awarded nine $2,000 scholarships to students who have gone on to make us proud through their academic achievements, internships, and leadership.

In 2025, We’re Raising the Bar

This year, we’re increasing the scholarship award to $3,000 per student and plan to support an additional nine outstanding Eritrean students.

Every dollar we raise comes from donors, sponsors, and ticket sales from EDN community events.
EDN is 100% volunteer-run — no paid staff, no overhead. Every dollar goes directly toward supporting students.
