The productions of Dillingham Spotlight are run by the students, but more importantly, they're funded by the students - which can be quite financially burdening. As there will be no ticketing costs associated with admission to the shows, please consider donating what you can to support the students (all proceeds will be put towards the current and future Dillingham Spotlight shows). By doing so, you also support the program's goal of creating a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and inclusivity. You set the price - any amount of contribution is greatly appreciated!

Dillingham Spotlight is a new theater production program at Ithaca College, in which the mission is to support students in developing and staging their own small-scale theatrical productions in IC's McCarroll Theatre. Dillingham Spotlight is in its inaugural season, presenting 2 shows this spring semester:

The first show (opening March 22nd) is "In-Complete" by IC's own February Schneck ('25), which they are co-directing alongside Colin Nacion ('24).

In-Complete is about a self-isolated human being, whose mind has been overtaken by two personas. Some call them Angel and Devil, Ego and Id, Good and Bad, but they refer to themselves as Koffee and Iso. Over the course of the play we watch Koffee and Iso drag The Child through a string of memories as they debate what led to The Child's isolated nature. We see their damaging conflict as they both push The Child to horrifying limits, until they lose control. As they are forced to pick up the pieces of their destructive tendencies, The Child must make a decision to finally leave self-isolation (and therefore Koffee and Iso) or drown in their own turmoil.

The amount of your donation will go directly toward covering the material costs associated with producing In-Complete. All unused funds will be saved to support future Dillingham Spotlight shows.
