Casa Esperanza is a bilingual behavioral health organization in Boston dedicated to empowering individuals and families to recover from addiction, trauma, mental illness, and chronic medical conditions. For nearly 40 years, Casa has been a place of healing and belonging for the Latine community — where culture, compassion, and recovery come together.
This Thanksgiving season, Team Casa Esperanza is joining the SMILE Mass Gobble Wobble 5K to celebrate recovery and raise critical funds for the programs that help people rebuild their lives. Every step we take honors the courage of our patients, alumni, and families who remind us daily that recovery is possible.
We believe everyone deserves access to care that meets them where they are, in their language, in their community, and with dignity. When you support our team, you’re helping Casa provide treatment, housing, counseling, and recovery supports to change lives.
We’re running for recovery — because hope never stops moving.
