2025 Inaugural debut of SciVenture!

Reno has a proud history of inspiring young minds.  Historically through science fairs, Reno encouraged students to explore their passions in STEM. Unfortunately, the long-standing tradition, once hosted by UNR, was lost in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, we are bringing it back—stronger than ever.

This May, we are reviving the Northern Nevada Science Fair, expanding its reach to include students not only in Reno but also in surrounding areas and reserves. Our vision is to create a lasting tradition, passing leadership from one generation of student organizers to the next.

The Inaugural SciVenture Fair will take place at The Discovery, 490 Center Street in Downtown Reno, on May 3, 2025 1-4pm. 

But we need your help.

Your donation will fund essential expenses, including venue costs, materials, and ribbon prizes to recognize students who excel in their projects. By contributing, you are directly supporting young scientists and fostering a passion for STEM in our community.
