-Supplying snacks, art supplies, and resources for creative workshops.

-Keeping the space open additional days for open sessions.

At Your Move MKE, our mission is to empower Milwaukee's youth by providing innovative programs that foster creativity, resilience, and community connections. Guided by our vision to build safe spaces that inspire personal growth and positive futures, we offer dynamic weekly programming designed to meet the diverse needs of our youth. Every Tuesday, Makin’ Moves Breakdancing sessions (5:30-7:30 PM) promote physical health, discipline, and creativity through the art of breakdancing. On Wednesdays, our monthly Hip Hop Healing Hubs (5-7 PM) bridge generational divides and create intergenerational healing spaces with law enforcement and community members. Thursdays feature our Restorative Justice Cyphers (5-8 PM), where youth and families engage in healing conversations and create music to address trauma and accountability. Fridays bring the Hip Hop Chess Club (6-8 PM), combining strategy, mentorship, and a live hip-hop vibe to teach foresight and leadership skills. On Saturdays, our Urban Trade Skills workshops take place upstairs while downstairs our Fresh Free Threads Closet (11 AM-2 PM) empower displaced youth and families with free clothing and resources. Together, these programs form the heartbeat of Your Move MKE, nurturing the potential of every young person we serve.
