ANY FURTHER STUDENT PUNCH CARD PURCHASES CAN BE MADE USING CASH. VOLUNTEERS WILL COME TO THE CLASSROOMS TO EXCHANGE CASH FOR PUNCH CARDS BEFORE SHOPPING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

For multiple students in ONE purchase: Select the total amount needed to be divided between multiple students. You may notate in the student name section for each student if the division is not just equal parts of the total donation amount.

Where: Fairbanks Elementary School Gym

Time: 8:30am-10:30am

Who: Grades 2nd - 6th as well as 5th Grade Family Members
(K and 1st have a separate activity).

Cost: $5, $10 and $20 punch cards can be purchased to shop at the market.

The 5th Graders have been working on creating products for gift-giving to family, friends, and pets! They've made toys, ornaments, jewelry, sensory items, decor items, and more while learning about economics.

Fifth Grade Market History & FES PTO Involvement:
The Fifth Grade market project is a continuous self-funding project. The FES PTO provided the original $2,000 - $3,000 capital necessary to create their holiday market items with the class selling punch cards to reimburse the PTO. Each year, the Fifth Graders have raised more than their starting capital and donated the profits back to the PTO to purchase something for Fairbanks Elementary school. This year, the class has opted to donate a portion of the profits to a charity. At the end of the week, we will announce the total raised and the charity that will be receiving this class's donation.

* FES PTO holds the self-funding capital each year for the Fifth Grade Market and manages the ticket sales for the students.
