The Gilles Sweet PTA is hosting this year's 5th Grade Party at Swings 'n' Things on May 30th! Please provide your student's name, shirt size, and home room teacher. No need to print out or display the ticket, this form is just for tracking ticket purchases. Ticket price includes transportation, activities ad Swings 'n' Things, lunch, and a t-shirt.

After submitting payment, you still need to sign and return the paper permission slip to the office.

To pay with check or cash, please click Donate on this page then choose "Pay by Check". You can then send $20 in cash or check made out to Gilles-Sweet PTA in to the office with your permission slip.

If you do not want your child to attend Swings 'n' Things, they will still receive a free t-shirt if they fill out the paper form sent home from school.
