At SAGE, we believe that every girl deserves the opportunity to grow into the woman she’s meant to be confident, capable, and compassionate. Our mission is simple but powerful: to mentor adolescent girls ages 12 to 18, helping them build the skills and self-belief needed for academic success, professional development, and social awareness. 

Every week, our mentors gather with young women from all walks of life girls who are curious, ambitious, and full of potential. Through workshops, one-on-one guidance, and community projects, they learn how to set goals, lead with purpose, and see themselves as changemakers in the world around them.
