We Bought the Bus!

As you know, athletics play a vital role in the development of our students; promoting teamwork, discipline, and school spirit. To continue supporting our growing programs, we are launching a fundraising initiative to purchase dedicated 15 passenger buses for athlete travel. These buses will provide safer, more reliable transportation for our teams. Adding 15 passenger buses will allow our teams to travel without the need of a commercial licensed driver or parent carpools.

Levels of Support

$500 - Wheels Turning Sponsorship

Honor a student, family member, coach, or loved one. Your name will be included on the “We Bought the Bus” banner which will be displayed in the Jester Gym.

You will be entered into a raffle for a premier parking spot for the football 2026 season. One winner will be chosen prior to the 2026 season.

Contributors recognized on an IWA social media post.

Everyone who contributes will be given a window cling to display their pride on their ride.

$2,500 - High Gear Sponsorship. Your name will be included on the “We Bought the Bus” banner which will be displayed in the Jester Gym.

Name entered into a raffle for two gala tickets. (One winner will be chosen on February 1, 2026.)
Business/family recognized on the IWA website and an IWA social media post.

$5000 - Full Tank Sponsorship

Feature your company’s name on the back exterior door of the bus. This is a
high-visibility opportunity to show your support for student-athletes while promoting your
business throughout the region.

Your name will be included on the “We Bought the Bus” banner which will be displayed in the Jester Gym.

Name entered into a raffle for two tickets valid for all IWA home 2026-2027 sporting events.

Business/family recognized on the IWA website and an IWA social media post.
Public shout-outs at both football and basketball games.

Every contribution makes a difference. Whether large or small, your support will help us reach our goal and keep our teams moving forward - literally! Everyone who contributes will be included on a “We Bought the Bus” banner that will be displayed in the Jester Gym.

Many may ask why there is a need to raise more money to support our athletic program. Our athletic association 100% financially supports the 34 teams offered by IWA. Last year the officials/referees cost us $36,000 and we are estimating that will increase to $45,000 this coming school year. In addition to covering that cost, our athletic association also pays for uniforms, equipment, and entrance fees for IWA’s 34 teams.

This is more than a fundraising campaign; it is an investment in the spirit and success of our student-athletes. As we move forward with the school year we are planning other activities that will also aid in this cause. We deeply appreciate your continued support and generosity.
