Those We Serve-

Unfortunately, there is a growing segment of our population who are most at risk of death, mental/physical illness, and crime. They are not reached by most charitable and government organizations or society as a whole. There are people under bridges and in homeless camps in your area who suffer and die everyday without help. Many are too ill or hopeless to seek help at your local shelter, rehab, food bank, human services building or medical facility. Though your contribution is put into practical avenues of help listed below for those capable and willing, not all are capable. Your contribution sometimes translates as a last prayer, a drink of water to the dying or a last meal. Every time the temperature drops below freezing people are frozen to death, people overdose and are murdered. There are children in these camps, people literally tearing the flesh from their exposed skull and spine, without any clothing, some so ill they are unaware of who they are or the fact that they are at death's doorstep. You are showing God's love and mercy where there is none.

Our Philosophy-

(Mathew 18:12-13) "What do you think? If a shepherd owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off." Just as the Shepherd in Jesus' parable did not wait for the lost sheep to find him, so Jesus in his ministry left the crowd to seek out the lost in homeless camps and caves amongst the violent demoniacs, diseased and dying, prostitutes, the addicted, sinners like you and I who are also in need of God's love and mercy.

Philosophy In Action-

(Mathew 4:4) "Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God." Initially, we go where others dare not tread giving the essentials for survival. We offer prayers, pocket bibles, and spiritual counseling along with food, water, clothing, blankets, hygiene kits and resource flyers.
Next, for those capable and willing we offer representation and advocacy in getting signed into shelters, free rehabs and perform mental health crisis + medical emergency calls.
After a person receives help, we offer representation and advocacy in finding employment, housing, Medicaid/Medicare, aftercare self help groups, ect.

I, the founder of 1n99 ministries, can personally bear witness to the transformative power of God's love in this plan of action: lives and dignity restored, families put back together, a new glow about someone's face who knows that they were once lost and now found.
