SUPPORT TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM
Support to Self-Sufficiency Program
At 1983 Evangelistic Ministries, we believe in empowering individuals and families to move beyond survival and into stability, independence, and lasting success. Our Support-to-Self-Sufficiency Program walks alongside people who are struggling with food insecurity, unemployment, and financial hardship — helping them rebuild their lives step by step.
Your support helps us provide the essentials that make transformation possible.
Every dollar raised goes directly toward:
Food Assistance: Supplying meals, groceries, and basic necessities for families and seniors in need.
Job Readiness & Employment Support: Resume help, interview preparation, and job placement assistance.
Financial Literacy & Budgeting Workshops: In partnership with professionals like Edward Jones, we teach participants how to manage money, save, and plan for the future.
Housing & Utility Referrals: Connecting families with local partners for rental, energy, and housing stability support.
Educational Support: Tutoring, literacy programs, and early intervention for children to ensure long-term success.
Reentry & Recovery Support: Helping individuals returning from incarceration or overcoming addiction find stability and purpose.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 to expand this program — funding essential resources, materials, transportation, and supplies so we can serve more families in Rock Hill and beyond.
Together, we can help families move from struggling to surviving — and from surviving to thriving.
Thank you for helping us make lasting change in our community.
