Our Augusta GA. Andrew A. Jefferson Sr. Omega Lamplighters is kicking off our new year with raising funds for our "Know Your History" tour. This year we will be going to the birthplace of Dr Martin Luther King JR. in Altanta, GA followed up by going to Memphis TN to the Civil Right Museum.

Please support us, each mentee will be asking for your assistance for a small donation of just $20 for our trip.

The Omega Lamplighters is a youth leadership organization for young men in grades 5th through 12^th grade. The program was founded by Bro Earl Eubanks SR and the brothers of Upsilon Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Incorporated in honor of Andrew A. Jefferson Sr who was also a member of the chapter. The program principals are: Leadership Academics, Maturity and Perseverance.

Our mission for the Omega Lamplighters is to work with and establish relationships with young men to offer support, guidance, assistance, and to guide them in their transformation to manhood and instill high leadership and academic skills. To improve their presence in the local community and build connections and progressive opportunities necessary to ensure their roles as active, educated and responsible citizens.
