At A Leadership Journey, we believe in the transformative power of empowering youth from marginalized identities to see themselves as global citizens. Our mission is to equip young people with the tools and experiences to lead with empathy, self-awareness, and a commitment to community.

This year's celebration is more than an event—it's a testament to the journeys our youth have undertaken. Through our Educational Leadership Program (ELP) our Global Leaders have done a great job with prioritizing their mental wellness, learning about topics that revolve around social justice, and delving into researching topics they’re passionate about.
