This December 22nd, we are preparing warm holiday meals for 50 food-insecure families (200 people) identified through the Contra Costa Country Department of Health. Any donation you may be able to contribute here towards this effort will be well used.

About Us

East Bay Health focuses on delivering high quality primary care tailored to the unique needs of our patients. Our approach includes offering flexible appointment options, including same-day and next-day scheduling of 30 to 90-minute appointments, ensuring that we dedicate the necessary time to address our patients’ concerns comprehensively.

At East Bay Health, we believe in health equity. For every paying member, we will offer a low income and uninsured or underinsured patient free healthcare.

We know that your health is directly linked to the food you eat. We believe in teaching good nutrition to all.

In line with our commitment to preventative medicine, we are proud to offer a range of community classes, benefiting both our members and our community at large:

Culinary Medicine Classes: Our culinary medicine program combines the art of cooking with the science of medicine. By offering these classes to our community, we aim to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to use food as medicine.
Breastfeeding Support Groups: Breastfeeding is a vital component of early childhood development. We will be hosting support groups to assist new mothers, ensuring that they receive the guidance and support they need for successful breastfeeding.
Movement Classes for the Aging Population: Staying active and mobile is essential for the well-being of our aging community members. Our movement classes will focus on improving strength, balance, and flexibility, enabling our seniors to lead active and fulfilling lives.
