THE WORK
Pastors, Priests, & Guides offers retreats, resources, and community for exhausted spiritual leaders looking for healing, solidarity, and re-imagination. Pastors, Priests, & Guides is not a conference, a networking event, or continuing theological education. This is a curated retreat for spiritual leaders who spend so much time caring for others that they often fail to accept the profound invitation: Come all who are weary, and Christ will give us rest.
THE NEED
To create the best experience for a true retreat while keeping retreats accessible for spiritual leaders, our goal is to raise $75,000 by the end of 2025. We have seen the impact of this work. We know it matters. And now we need your help to co-create this sacred space for healing, solidarity, and re-imagination.
THE CO-CREATOR COMMUNITY
When you sign up to give at least $25 per month, you automatically join the PP&G co-creator community. You’ll receive a thank-you gift with books or resources from past retreat guides, you’ll be invited to a monthly Zoom check-in with Aaron, and you’ll have early access to all PP&G events/retreats.
CO-CREATOR FUNDRAISER DINNERS
PP&G hopes to host a series of fundraising dinners in various cities in 2025. These will be small, private, & ticketed events.
SPONSOR A RETREAT
Every level of sponsorship makes a major difference.
Registration for 1 $350—Cover the registration costs for one of our retreat attendees
Coffee & Snacks $750—Cover the cost of all coffee & snacks for ALL of our retreat attendees
A Meal $1500—Cover the cost of a single meal for ALL of our retreat attendees
Night of Delight $2500—Cover the cost of an on-campus night of drinks, dinner, fun, and ridiculous delight for ALL of our retreat attendees
GIVE TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND
PP&G provides partial and full scholarships to spiritual leaders who couldn’t otherwise attend a retreat. In 2025, we are hoping to create a dedicated scholarship fund of $12,000. Even the smallest donation to the scholarship fund can be the difference in a leader attending or not attending a much-needed retreat.
