Empowering Jewish Women — Strengthening Jewish Communities 

When I was in 5th grade and was given the role of “Dear Abbe” for our class newspaper, it sparked something in me. For the first time, I felt the pull to help others navigate their personal struggles. That desire stayed with me into my twenties, when I pursued a career focused on counseling individuals to improve their health and well-being.

Now, for over a decade, I continue to channel that passion as a life coach, writer, and speaker. Helping women gain clarity, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential has always been my mission.

It was my mentor—someone who believed in me—who first told me about the Core MMC program. Core is designed to develop women who are already turned to for guidance, helping them become Torah-rooted leaders and mentors in the Jewish community. She encouraged me to apply, sensing how aligned it was with my path.

There were only a few days left to submit the application—and I was in a sling, recovering from a painful right arm injury that made even typing painfully difficult. But I knew this was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. On the final day, I carefully typed out my answers, trusting that this program would be the next step in developing myself—and the women I was meant to serve. To my great gratitude, I was accepted.

In January, I began this transformative journey with Core —a rigorous 2.5-year training program that equips frum women to become mashpios, mentors, and counselors, grounded in Torah wisdom and psychological insight. A unique part of Core is that we’re also challenged to create real community initiatives that respond to the needs around us.

Through weekly classes, clinical supervision, and immersive conferences, I’ve already gained invaluable tools that are deepening the way I support others. Perhaps just as meaningful, Core has connected me to a global network of dedicated, growth-minded Jewish women who are all committed to uplifting Klal Yisrael.

This training is expanding my ability to serve—not just as a coach or speaker, but as someone prepared to guide others spiritually and emotionally through life’s complexities, with clarity, compassion, and strength.

Core is now running a fundraiser to continue this vital work—and I’m reaching out to you, my friends, family, and community.
