Coats for Christmas [CFC] is a community impact initiative of the One Better World Project to collect new coats and winter wear for those enduring homelessness and poverty.

Our first coat donation began 2021.

Appeals for coats are conducted in collaboration with community partners, and via newsletters, social media, at in person events, and by requesting coats from retailers. Coats are then awarded to recipients via partnerships with shelters for people without homes.

Your donations allow us to buy items in bulk at discounted prices as follows:

$10 - will buy a pack of 6 pairs of socks or a set of 3 bras
$15 - will buy a set of sheets
$35 - will buy seven pillows
$50 - will buy 2 coats at discounted prices
$100 - will buy 5 sweaters

And many other combinations of goods needed by the shelters!

The mission of the One Better World Project [1BWP] is to inspire a better world through the production and diffusion of transformative multimedia art and social impact initiatives.

This is accomplished by way of social projects and initiatives that employ the communication arts and work with local, national, and global partners to identify and collaborate on small, and sometimes large challenges so that our work may lead to a better, kinder, intentional, informed, and just world.
