WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

Brought to you by Genius Gives Foundation, 501(c)(3), The Sharing Bread Initiative (SBI) is a faith-based nonprofit, humanitarian initiative committed to combating hunger and sharing the love of Jesus Christ across West Africa. Since 2020, we have been on the front lines—bringing food, hope, and the Gospel to those society has overlooked.

We don't just distribute food. We distribute dignity. We see people the way Jesus sees them: beloved, worthy, and never forgotten.

Our street teams, feeding centers, and community outreach programs operate with one mission: to be the hands and feet of Christ to the hungry, the hurting, and the hopeless.

THE CAMPAIGN: YOUR IMPACT, THEIR HOPE

This December, we are launching our 4th Quarter Fundraising Campaign with an ambitious yet deeply urgent goal:

Feed 2,000 Families Across Nigeria and Ghana

Here's the plan:

• 1,000 families in Nigeria
• 1,000 families in Ghana
• Average household size: 4 people per family
• Total individuals impacted: 8,000 men, women, and children

Each family will receive an SBI Care Package, providing a week's worth of nutritious food to sustain them through one of the most challenging seasons of the year.

What's Inside Every SBI Care Package?

Each $30 care package includes:

5kg bag of rice (main staple for multiple meals) 1 liter of cooking oil (essential for meal preparation) 4 tins of tomato paste (flavor, nutrition, and versatility) 4 packs of spaghetti (quick, filling meals for children) 1 sachet roll of powdered milk (nutrition for children and nursing mothers) 1 sachet roll of powdered cocoa beverage (comfort, energy, and hope in a cup)

Why December?

December is a season of celebration for many—but for struggling families in Nigeria and Ghana, it's often a time of deeper isolation and despair. While the world feasts, they go without.

We want to change that.

By distributing care packages in mid-December, we provide:

• Holiday relief for families facing seasonal financial strain
• Nutritional support during a time when food prices spike
• A tangible reminder that they are not forgotten—that God sees them, and His people care

But we need to act NOW. Procurement, logistics, and distribution across two countries require advance planning, coordination, and resources.
