Puppet Mania is a hands-on, creative adventure for students ages 8-12! In this exciting art camp, young artists will design, build, and bring to life three unique types of puppets: kite puppets, mouth puppets, and gourd puppets. Using a variety of materials and techniques, campers will explore the art of puppetry while developing their creativity, fine motor skills, and storytelling abilities. Under the guidance of Kay Thomas, a nationally recognized teaching artist, students will discover the magic of transforming everyday objects into expressive, animated characters. This is for ages 8-12.
