What we do is simple. We feed folks!!!

The Monastery of the Holy Martyrs urgently needs your powerful, ongoing prayers and support. Your assistance last month was crucial, and we are now tackling the current electric bill for October. We expected to receive a disconnect notice. And that green notice was received earlier this week. The monastery only has eight days to make a payment. T. Thanks for your help last month. But your help is needed ag.ain this month, and needed right now. And most importantly, thanks for your unceasing prayers.

Without electricity, we won't be able to keep the freezers and coolers running, which store the food we distribute to those in need. Can you offer even a small donation to help? Six dollars would help.

While most of the food and personal care items we distribute come from community partners or are rescued, the monastery depends upon you for operating costs, like the electric and gas bills. And that help is needed right now.

No donation is too small. Whether it is $5.00 or $500, you will be making a difference in someone's life and bringing hope. Recurring donations are helpful because they mean we spend less time holding out our hands and more time serving folks.

The Monastery of the Holy Martyrs and Orthodox Workers Communities serves the disenfranchised and marginalized: the homeless and near-homeless, those who are unseen, unheard, and unwanted—the poorest of the poor. We can do this because of your powerful, unceasing prayers and continued support, which are much needed today.

The greatest miracle is not raising the dead, but rather feeding those who are hungry.
We serve all who Christ brings to our doors or who He takes us to on the streets.
All set at Christ's table, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Atheists, and folks of no faith. And we serve all.
