Introduction

Welcome to Maui Music Mission’s Summer Music Camp! We believe every child should have the chance to grow through music. That’s why we offer fun, full music education programs with low-cost or free tuition—thanks to caring donors like you.

Maui Music Mission is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Ronda and Reuben Pali. Our mission is to bring music into the lives of Maui’s keiki, helping them heal, learn, and thrive through the joy of music.

Why It Matters

After the fires that changed our Lahaina community, many children lost their regular activities—and with them, a sense of connection and routine. Music is a powerful way to rebuild that connection. It brings kids together, lifts their spirits, and helps them feel safe and happy again.

Music helps kids think better, express their feelings, and build confidence. For a child going through a hard time, music is more than just fun—it’s healing.

What We Do

Our Summer Music Camp and After School Music Club give kids ages 7–12 a safe, screen-free place to learn and grow. Each week, they enjoy:

• Ukulele and piano

• Singing

• Music games and rhythm practice

• Fun stage performance training

Music That Builds Friendship and Confidence

Our camps are all about learning while having fun, making new friends, and creating happy memories. Through regular music play and performances, we help kids grow strong minds and bodies. They gain confidence by playing familiar songs and learning rhythms that connect them to Hawaiian culture and community. We hope every child discovers the freedom and joy that comes from the power of music.
