Welcome to Red & Black Ball's Givebutter page! Red & Black Ball is Warner Hall's annual philanthropic event that features an extensive silent auction, live music, a raffle, speakers from RAIN, and a yummy dessert bar!

RBB is sponsored by Warner Hall House, a service and social organization at Davidson College. Our philanthropy centers around HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness. We have two beneficiaries: RAIN in Charlotte, NC and the Mwandi Christian Hospital in Zambia. Warner Hall is one of the Hospital's biggest benefactors. The Ball is organized by a committee of 14 Warner members, led by service chairs Aliza Cantor and Kelsey Troutman.

Warner Hall has partnered with RAIN and the Mwandi Hospital because we recognize the importance of fighting HIV/AIDS both locally and globally. Worldwide, more than 36.9 million individuals are living with HIV/AIDS. Over one million of these individuals reside in the United States, and about 15% are unaware of their infection. Mecklenburg County, the home of Davidson College, has one of the highest infection rates in the country; it doubles the North Carolina state average.

The 17th annual Red & Black Ball will be held on Saturday, November 13th at 8:00 p.m. in the Lilly Family Gallery at Davidson College. We invite you to join us! Tickets are $16 for general admission. Davidson faculty members can take advantage of a buy two for the price of one deal! Donations are welcome as well!
