2025/2026 Fair Share

Every year we divide the total costs equally amongst all the students in the program in the form of a fair share. This year's cost is approximately $35,000. This year's fair share has come out to $350.00 per student.

This cost helps with competition entry fees, sub-contractors, props, music & licensing, drill writing, uniform maintenance, winter percussion, winter color guard, concert band, jazz band, and trailer maintenance.

As you plan how to complete your $350.00 Fair Share Contribution for the 2025-2026 band season, we want to make you aware of the opportunities you have to help lessen the burden.

 

  • Family Fair Share Contributions can be paid in a variety of ways.  Families can make a one-time payment of $350.00, 2 payments of $175.00, 4 payments of $87.50, or 8 payments of $43.75.  As we have many fees and expenditures that rely on the funds, we ask that your first payment is due by September 15th, and we ask that all payments be completed by December 15th.

  • Direct donations/sponsorship from family, friends, or businesses, can also directly reduce your fair share contribution by the donated amount. We have donation request forms available.
