LIFT's Annual Fundraiser, LIFT and Raise: A Benefit for Survivors of Prostitution will be held on Friday June 3rd, 2022 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at The Manor in West Boylston, Massachusetts. Living in Freedom Together is a Worcester-based non-profit focusing on ending the commercial sex trade through implementation of the Equality Model. We focus on offering comprehensive trauma-informed care, programs, and exit programming to prostituted individuals.

Over the course of 2020 and 2021, we have raised over $34,000 from sponsors and individual donors to support LIFT’s mission and work. These dollars have gone toward COVID-19 relief efforts, enhanced trauma-informed services for participants, planning for LIFT’s upcoming increase of Outpatient Services, and the expansion of our staff to maintain our high, zero-barrier standards of care.

During this event our goal is to raise $75,000, which support LIFT’s programs including the expansion of programs at HARBOR (our drop-in shelter), LIFT’s Outreach & Advocacy work, funds for our very own LIFT Legal Clinic and to continue program enhancement for Jana’s Place (our recovery home treating substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders) participants.
