Innovation Works is a Baltimore-based network dedicated to reversing decades of economic discrimination by empowering the city’s homegrown social entrepreneurs.

We connect leaders in disinvested communities with the tools they need to rebuild neighborhood economies, reduce the racial wealth gap, and create lasting community benefit.

Our city has never lacked entrepreneurial talent—what it has lacked is equitable access to the capital, connections, and infrastructure that entrepreneurs need in order to thrive.

Your donation will:

• Provide accelerator programs, executive mentorship, and peer advisory groups to help sustain social enterprises across the city.

• Fuel Ignite Capital, our impact loan fund deploying $1M per year in below-market, flexible loans to organizations that create jobs, enhance neighborhoods, and improve public wellbeing.

• Fund microgrants to help social entrepreneurs launch, test, or expand initiatives, reducing inherent risks and accelerating community impact.

• Advance racial equity and economic mobility across Baltimore.
