If you have used your CYC credit card for a personal expense, this is the place where you can reimburse the organization. You will be required to enter the date of the charge, name of the merchant, amount charged, and your department (example: 1/18/2023 Apple Inc. $150.00 Operations Department). If you have additional reimbursements, please submit them separately.
