Raffle closes on August 29, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. By participating in this raffle, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Bartlett Cheerleading Association (BCA), which are final and binding in all matters. This Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate, 21 years of age or older for the Bourbon Basket. Raffle ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be issued. The prizes are one raffle basket containing Blanton's Original Single Barrel Bourbon, four whiskey glasses, four ice round molds, and one BCA car decal, with an approximate retail value of $150 and BCA Spirit raffle basket containing a $100 BCA League Store Gift Card (Print Loop), a large BCA Fleece Blanket, and two Fall Showcase Admission tickets, with an approximate value of $150. One winner will be selected randomly for each basket on August 29, 2025 at 9pm and notified by phone call or email. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted. The prize will be awarded "as is", with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by BCA. Winners need not be present to win unless otherwise stated. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. BCA is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance/use of any prize. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with the prize. By purchasing a ticket, entrants release and hold harmless BCA, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability. Each participant grants BCA permission to use his/her name and likeliness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Void where prohibited.
