SisterLove South Africa – Fortify Campaign

This year, our word is Fortify: to strengthen our communities, to uplift each other, and to stand in unwavering commitment to health and human rights. In the face of this crisis we need your help!

Fortify With Us

🧡 Advance Sexual and Reproductive Justice in KwaZulu-Natal and Beyond

We are in crisis. Between April 2024 - April 2025 there were over 8,000 adolescent pregnancies in a single district in KwaZulu-Natal. Within this one district there were 152 births among girls ages 10-14.

SisterLove South Africa stands at the intersection of health access, gender equity, and community-led change. From township clinics to national advocacy tables, we are fortifying the frontline of justice in South Africa—and we need your solidarity.

Why Fortify?

In the face of gender-based violence, rising HIV infections, and inequitable health systems, we choose to fortify: to build stronger communities, demand accountability, and affirm that every person—especially Black women and girls—deserves comprehensive care, freedom, and respect.

Your support fuels:

  • Community education that dismantles stigma and empowers informed choices

  • Gender-based violence interventions that center survivors and promote healing through sport, art, and dialogue

  • Youth leadership programs that nurture changemakers and advocates

  • Cross-border collaboration that unites justice movements across the Global South

🔥 Our Strength Is Collective

This isn’t about aid—it’s about partnership. Your contribution builds the infrastructure for justice—here in KwaZulu-Natal and across South Africa.

Together, we are building a blueprint for what community-rooted, love-led health justice looks like.

Will You Fortify With Us?

Every rand, every voice, every act of solidarity brings us closer to the just and joyful world we’re fighting for.
