2025 Solstice Market Vendor Spot Reservation

The Hillsborough Arts Council organizes Solstice Lantern Walk and Market in downtown Hillsborough every December with a lighted, self guided lantern walk, local artists, and food vendors. This event attracts up to 5,000 visitors each year, supporting our local tourism economy. 

Your participation as a venue is vital in helping us to fulfill our mission of creating community through the arts!

As a reminder, this is a covered, open-air market, and the event is RAIN-OR-SHINE (barring severe or dangerous conditions). Spots are limited. If you're unable to secure your spot to join, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to an artist on the waiting list. We want to have a beautiful, full winter market.

The deadline to reserve your spot is Thursday, November 20, 2025. 

The fee to participate and secure your spot in the market is $60.00.
