As this year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting not only on the incredible accomplishments we’ve achieved together but also on the challenges and obstacles we’ve navigated along the way. What stands out most is the clarity and direction that comes from knowing who we are AND what we are for.

It’s often easier to name what we are against. But naming what we are for—and acting on it—requires courage, alignment, and community. It asks us to move with intention, to partner with people and organizations who share a vision rooted in care, equity, and possibility.

This year, Growing Greatness did exactly that.

I am deeply grateful for the partnerships we’ve built—but most of all, for the people. The families, youth, volunteers, facilitators, artists, organizers, and supporters who showed up again and again. Because of you, this has been our most successful year yet.

The stories are countless.
The lives impacted are in the thousands.
And the horizon is glowing with hope.

Through free, community-rooted programming, we created experiences that many of our participants would not otherwise have access to—curated opportunities that connect people to each other, to nature, and to their own sense of possibility.

Through movement, creativity, leadership, reflection, and belonging, we built powerful community.

And Growing Greatness is GROWING.

🌿 An Invitation—Not Just a Donation

Traditional end-of-year campaigns often center giving around financial identity or tax incentives. If that approach fits you, we welcome your year-end donation.

But we are up to something bigger.

We are inviting you to give not because of a deadline, but because you believe in our why and our what. Because you are connected to the vision of communities where people—especially youth—have the opportunity to grow, thrive, and lead.

Our priority has always been people and community.

For this reason, our first-ever financial campaign will run through the end of January. We invite you to make a contribution that is connected to something within you—an intention you are setting for yourself, your community, and the world you want to help create.

There is no “right” amount.
There is only aligned giving.
