From the Heat of the Desert to Hope in North Idaho

A young Lab mix mama was left behind in the desert of Thermal, CA when her owners moved away. With no shelter and scorching temperatures rising, she gave birth to five Shepherd/Lab mix puppies and raised them all on her own.

Local neighbors offered what help they could—feeding her and the puppies—but they lived exposed to the elements, vulnerable and alone.

That’s when our rescue team stepped in.

In two weeks, we’re bringing Mama and her five pups to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho for a fresh start. They’ve already begun receiving vet care, but we still need help covering:

🩺 Remaining medical expenses
🚐 Transportation costs
🏡 Supplies for their care once they arrive

We can’t do this without our community. With your support, we can give this little family the safe and loving future they deserve.
