This retreat is designed to guide participants into the heart of their inner conflict, where the real work begins. Here, we stop running from pain and instead meet it with courage, truth, and presence. Through stillness, reflection, and connection to nature, we will walk willingly into the fire—confronting the plotline of our hero’s journey that has long been calling. This is where old identities unravel. This is where the story shifts.

Through somatic practices, guided meditation, and powerful visual journeys, participants will access the deeper layers of self—the buried truths, inherited wounds, and long-held fears that continue to shape their decisions and ways of being. We use modalities such as Human Design and Family Constellations to trace the roots of internal conflict, and to illuminate the patterns, protection mechanisms, and inherited beliefs that no longer serve. These tools become keys—unlocking what’s been stored in the body and psyche, so it can finally be witnessed and released. And, these tools don’t just create insight—they build embodied leadership and a new way of being.

This is not a retreat for surface change—it’s a rebirth. In the sacred company of nature and intentional community, we let die what must. Integrity Quests at Eso Terra guide participants through honest dialogue with their body’s intelligence system and higher self. Here you will gain clarity on your purpose, what you care most about and gauge where our actions and behaviors diverge from our true north vision and authentic purpose; In this 7 day container you will grapple directly with whats been holding you back, and take a major step forward into your true self - fully resourced, fully empowered, and fully you.

Daily Rhythm

While each guest receives a personalized schedule tailored to their Human Design and transformation goals, the retreat is anchored by a shared daily rhythm and a powerful arc of healing, release, and alignment. Below is a general outline of what you can expect.

• 7:00 AM – Morning Rising & Intention Setting
  We begin each day together in presence—with breath, light movement, or intention practices to ground into the day’s energy.

• 8:00 AM – Nourishing Breakfast

• 10:00 AM – Morning Sessions
  These may include your private Vision, Purpose, or Human Design sessions, or participation in a group Family Constellation experience.

• 1:00 PM – Rest & Reflection
  Time for integration, jungle walks, beach journaling, or additional healing services with our Puerto Viejo wellness partners.

• 3:00 PM – Afternoon Group Workshops
  Rotating daily, these include Human Design teachings, guided meditation, somatic reprogramming, and powerful Muses & Mirrors circles.

• 5:30 PM – Dinner

• 7:30 PM – Evening Integration Circle
  Each night we gather to reflect, share, and participate in grounding practices—from sound baths to sharing circles, fire ceremonies to creative expression.
