Your financial contribution will aid in the support of both children and the community, and assist us in reaching our fundraising objective for 2023-2024, which is set at $100,000. This funding will be allocated to:

Teacher Assistant Hourly Pay: To decrease the student-to-instructor ratio in each classroom from 1:28 to 1:9.
Teacher Training: To facilitate continuing education for Denver educators. We have sponsored Montessori training for 13 teachers since 2016.
Field Trips and Enrichment Programs: To expand experiential learning. We have funded an average of 16 annual field trip buses, along with extra resources for art, music and physical education programs. 26 percent of our population receives free and reduced lunch.

Amigos de la Academia Sandoval is an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of parent volunteers who are dedicated to bridging the gap between DPS funding and the unique costs of a Montessori and dual language education model. Participating businesses will be provided with receipts for donations.
