We are GoPink!DC!, a dragon boat racing team consisting of Breast Cancer survivors and supporters. We are currently raising funds to support a journey to New Zealand in April 2023 to participate in the International Breast Cancer Paddling Commission Dragon Boat Festival.

Please help us get there by joining us for a virtual cooking class on May 14, 2022, brought to you by local culinary hero Chef Matt Finarelli! Chef Matt has graciously agreed to donate his time and expertise for a fun evening of elevating your dinner game.

Chef Matt will lead us on a culinary journey featuring:

Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack with Grape Arugula Salad

(Herb and Parmesan Crusted Acorn Squash and Cucumber and Tomato Tzatziki vegetarian option)

Roasted Asparagus with Almonds, Capers, and Herbs

Optional Cocktails: Mojito and Beach Blanket Bingo (mock-tail)

The class fee is $45 and all proceeds will go directly to the “Kiwi Adventure”. Please sign up and join us on May 14th from 5 - 7 p.m. You’ll receive a short shopping list prior to class, complete with wine pairing suggestions. Purchases should be no more than $30.
