It's with a heavy heart that we add the memory of David J. Suomi (MI-IB '95) as a member of our Michigan Iota-Beta SAE Team this year. Suomi, passed unexpectedly Aug 27, 2024 (link to obituary below). To those who knew him, Dave embodied what it means to be a True Gentleman, always thinking of the rights and feelings of others before his own. He lit up the room when he entered, he was creative on a whole different level, he was loyal, he loved C.S. Mott Children's Hospital (and especially Charles Woodson, who personally helped his little sister while she was there), and he truly loved the Mudbowl! Please consider making your donation in his name this year - proceeds benefit the Charles Woodson Fund at Michigan Medicine C.S. Mott Children's Hospital.
