If you received a confirmation email, please pay for your student's classes. If you are paying for multiple students/classes please select applicable courses and quantities.

Finally Givebutter is a free software for the PTO to use and you will be given the options to cover processing fees (either you or PTO covers these) and tip to Givebutter. Both are optional and tip can be left blank.

Payments - All students that are slotted will be required to provide payment by February 23th to retain the spot. No refunds once class has started.

Scholarships - Please CONTACT Sara Luesse (Luesse.sara@wgmail.com) or Diedre Townsend (townsend.deidre@wgmail.com) prior to February 10th for information.

Expectations/Rules - Although these are Edgar Road PTO Programs, there is an expectation that all children follow the PRIDE expectations. Any student who does not follow Edgar Road behavior expectations will be removed from the enrichment program without refund. These classes/clubs are a privilege.

Students will need to fill a water bottle and go to the restroom prior to the start of class/club.
Students can eat snacks (that they bring) prior to the start of class/club, but not after the class/club starts.
Classes/clubs are not competitive, any aggressive behavior is prohibited.
Students cannot leave the class/club without telling an adult volunteer to check them off the list.
After check-out, students will leave with a parent/guardian, walk home (if allowed), or be taken to Adventure Club group (a volunteer will walk them to Adventure Club).
Late pickups will result in the student being removed from the class/club.

Care Giver Volunteers are required to have these classes. If you are signed up you must attend or find a replacement. Care Givers are required to sign in students, supervise until teacher arrives and during class and help with check-out/dismissal. Make sure students either get to Adventure Club, are released to an adult or walk home. The PTO sponsors these classes not the school.
