You can sponsor an athlete or donate to support the WHGF Gymnastics Team Fund.

The WHGF has three competitive gymnastics teams. Our athletes have won local, regional, national, and international titles and represent the soul of the WHGF through their dedication and hard work in the sport of gymnastics.

Girls Artistic Gymnastics - Bars, beam, floor, and vault.

Rhythmic Gymnastics- Hoop, ribbon, clubs, ball, and rope.

Trampoline and Tumbling “TnT” - Trampoline, Tumbling, and Double Mini Trampoline.

Our team gymnasts train three days a week for 3 hours during the school year and participate in our Summer Training Camp - 6 weeks.

In addition, our team members perform at our special events and attend sleep-away gymnastics camp in August.

The WHGF sponsors' athletes that require additional training. Currently, we have a partnership with CAVU Trampoline and Tumbling. Additionally, BJ Mensah - USA National Team Member, and Ty-la Morris- National Competitor, are WHGF Scholarship Athletes.

Former WHGF Scholarship Athlete Alexis Page represented the US in several international competitions and was a US National Event Champion. She is currently the WHGF Gymnastics Manager and Head Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach.
