Looking Upwards has been serving our community for over 45 years. Annually, over 1,200 families and individuals rely on our programs and services. Every day, we provide services that foster brighter futures for children and youth with a variety of needs. And, we are a supportive presence for adults with disabilities as they create the experiences that bring deeper satisfaction to their lives.
