At Social Justice Collaborative, we’ve been standing with immigrant families for over 12 years, fighting injustice in court, defending rights, and providing support during difficult times. Immigrants are an integral part of our communities. They are neighbors, friends, and family. They don’t need to prove their worth to deserve safety, dignity, and care. Yet, many face systemic barriers that not only deny them access to basic protections and stability but were intentionally designed to discourage and exclude them.

Social Justice Collaborative is a nonprofit dedicated to protecting the rights of migrants facing the risk of deportation. We work to keep families together and ensure our communities have access to legal representation and justice. Beyond the legal work, we fight for immigrant rights and celebrate the strength and diversity of immigrant communities.

What Your Donation Can Provide:

$1–$15: Help cover transportation costs.
$16–$30: Aid in distributing educational materials.
$31–$60: Submit an urgent application to immigration court or USCIS.
$61–$100: Fund a consultation for a child navigating the immigration system alone.
$101–$250: Provide an interpreter for an indigenous family.
$251–$400: Help cover the costs of a work permit application.
$401–$1,000: Cover the cost of an expert witness to strengthen an asylum case.
$1,001–$2,000: Secure a green card for a single mother and her children.
$2,001–$5,000: Ensure free legal services for an individual in removal proceedings.
