Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2024

The changes in the economy are affecting the poorest of us. Food is extremely expensive (cat food too), along with housing costs. Medical services seem unattainable and leave caregivers incapacitated.

Our distribution of cat food becomes more than supplemental, it is essential. We distribute $1500 worth of cat food to 45 caregivers each month, and expect those numbers to grow. Our help with spay\neuter, fostering and adoptions controls the population, so less food is needed for the colonies.

Your continued support makes the work of Garden City Community Cats Project possible. From the beginning, our goal was about bringing people together as a force. It helps vulnerable creatures and the people who watch over them.

We are very grateful for your generous gifts, and hope you remember us in your Giving Tuesday's contributions.

Sincerely,

Donna Brown, GCCCP President
