Multi-Year Pledge Agreement

I agree to support the David Phillips Foundation at the following level for the next three (3) years:

▢ Game Changer Pledge: $5000+ 

Provides unrestricted support for strategic initiatives based on areas of greatest need. 

▢ MVP Pledge: $2500 Annually 

Supports existing after-school enrichment programs and future program growth for 

underserved children in AISD Title-I schools. 

▢ Big Booster Pledge: $1000 

Funds scholarships for kids to attend summer camps and sports programs. 

▢ Other 

All pledges are greatly appreciated and help fund our free programs in Title-1 schools.
