Thank you for registering for our upcoming Shabbona Lake State Park Introductory Wingshooting Clinic on Saturday, May 3, 2025 or Sunday, May 4, 2025. Check-in starts at 9:30AM.

To finish your registration, complete a Skill Level Assessment Form for each participant, and if applicable, a permission form. The permission form must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian for any participant under the age of 18. Please note that every participant must complete a Skill Level Assessment form. If you have problems downloading the pdf registration packet, one can be emailed to you.

The completed forms should be submitted as early as possible but must be received no later Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Please follow the instructions in the registration packet on where to submit your forms.

Please arrive a half hour before your session begins to check in. If for any reason you are unable to attend, call us at least 72 hours in advance as we typically have a waiting list. We will be able to accommodate someone else if you let us know you will be unable to attend. If you have questions or need additional information, please contact us at 815/757-2949.
