Support St. Kosmas Academy

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued prayers and generous support throughout our journey. Your faith and encouragement have been a vital part of our progress, and we are deeply grateful for the role you’ve played in helping us move forward.

We are excited to share some significant news! After much reflection and prayer, we have decided to change our name from Holy Transfiguration Academy to St. Kosmas Academy. St. Kosmas has proven to be a powerful intercessor for our community, guiding us as we work toward our mission of providing a nurturing and spiritually enriching Orthodox Christian education. With his help, we are on track to open our doors in August 2025!

As we prepare for this next phase, we find ourselves in need of additional financial support to cover our operating costs and staff pay through the end of this year. A gift of  $10,00 would allow us to pay the bills and maintain a part-time administrative employee, giving us the much-needed support to continue our progress until our next fundraising effort.

In the spirit of St. Kosmas, we offer this prayer as we continue our work:
O all-praised Father, equal to the apostles, the adornment of the Orthodox, and Hieromartyr of the Lord, Kosmas, we who cry out from the depths of our heart, entreat you to never cease to intercede for us, strengthening those who hymn you, and who cry out to the Savior: Alleluia. Through the prayers of our Holy Fathers, Lord Jesus Christ our God, have mercy on us and save us! Amen.

We humbly ask for your continued support as we work towards this goal. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to making St. Kosmas Academy a reality for our students and families.
