Brendan McNeirney's Story
Brendan is a big believer in the Crossfit Methodology for over a decade now. One of his favorite things about the community is the inclusivity and adaptations to all levels. A bonus is that we all have propensity to come together for a great cause that help our friends and neighbors!
His gym, Crossfit Mecklenburg has had the honor of hosting Athletes 4 Autism over the last couple of years and it has been nothing but a positive for the greater community. We look forward to another great year!

We're excited to have teamed up with CrossFit Mecklenburg for another year for our 2022 fundraiser for Autism Speaks. We have a fun-filled Partner WOD followed by an after party! *Proceeds will go to Autism Speaks.* Partners can be male/male , female/female and male/female. We will have a competitive division (RX & Scaled) and the top 3 teams in each division will receive medals and a goodie bag provided by our sponsors. We will also have a Fun For All Division! This is for anyone who would like to participate non-competitive. You can scale however you like.
