Found CrossFit in 2017. Became an owner of the gym I started at in 2019, @crossfitfortdobbs !!
Dedicates most of her time coaching classes, running the gym and getting her kids around. She truly loves her gym! Seeing how helpful and supportive the members are to everyone around makes her really proud of the CFFD family/community!
⭐️WHAT THIS EVENT MEANS TO HER:
Autism Speaks is a fundraiser she supports with her heart. She had a family member that had Autism, but didn't know as kids. She only knew it as "different," now as an adult she knows why! And to see their struggle, but also their love and their way to figure it out makes her proud. She believes that if we can keep improving awareness and empathy, we can make a greater acceptance of children and adults with Autism!
