As we enter the holy season of Advent and prepare our hearts for Christmas, we are reminded of the humble night when “there was no room for them in the inn” (Luke 2:7). In that moment of poverty and uncertainty, the light of the world entered , a Savior born in a stable, wrapped in love and divine hope.

At the Christian Community Response Team (CCRT), we see that same sacred story unfolds every day in Pontiac. Families searching for safety, parents hoping for stability, and individuals seeking a new beginning remind us that the miracle of Christmas continues whenever compassion takes flesh through caring hearts.

At CCRT, we see that truth every day. Through your support, we respond to hundreds of individuals and families each year with emergency housing, furniture, utilities, and life-changing programs that build lasting stability.
