That’s the transformation we see through the Emerging Leader Initiative (ELI)—a 7-month discipleship and leadership development program for Christian professionals in their 20s and 30s. ELI equips participants to live out their faith in the workplace, develop strategic life plans, and receive mentoring from seasoned Christian leaders.
