Amidon-Bowen has a thriving sports curriculum, including soccer and cheerleading teams. Both teams are in need of basic equipment that, once purchased, will serve the students for many years to come.

Soccer: At this time, the soccer team has no uniforms at all. Students play in their own clothes. We are seeking $1,050 dollars for 20 new uniforms, including jerseys and shorts, that will stay with the school to serve kids year after year.

Cheerleading: The school currently has a set of cheerleading shoes that are so old they are falling apart. The team needs these shoes for the team to practice and perform safely. We estimate $400 will buy a new set that will last the team for years! Another $50 will purchase new matching hair bows for the team as well.

In total, the small sum of $1,500 will provide untold hours of joy for our beloved kids on the Amidon-Bowen Soccer and Cheerleading teams. Please consider giving today. UPDATE: A generous donation of $500 from the SW Neighborhood Association brings this campaign goal down to $1000.
